So, I gained 3 lbs, but I wasn't able to follow my workout routine because I hurt my back. I was able to watch what I was eating...and I made sure I measured my food. I've been on bedrest for almost a week now, and I'm totally swollen, so I'm hoping that's the reason for the increase on the scale. Starting today, I'm able to go for walks, so I went for an hour walk around the neighborhood. The weather was so nice, about 70 - which is perfect for a brisk walk. I'll be sure and get another walk in tomorrow!
228.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week

Gosh, what happened? My back has been hurting, but it's just because of my job, bending all the time and sifting dirt. Nice weather, it was chilly here today.

Sorry about your back, I know when I thrown mine out, I'm in so much pain!! Don't do to much to fast, or you'll be right back in bed again! Good luck!
