For anyone who is experiencing difficulty with loss on Atkins, the fat fast really breaks the plateau! I am down 15 pounds since the day after xmas, and hit a really bad plateau a few weeks ago. I increased my fat/calorie ratio to above 80 % and dropped the calories to 1200 for two days. Now I am back up to about 1800 calories at above 75% from fat and losing like mad. This is really a magic bullet for those stubborn moments where it seems like you just can't lose a pound!
