Not the greatest eating day today. CORRECT... was A GREAT eating day.. not the healthiest and I TOTALLY blew over my cal intake. Will do better in the next few weeks. Just needed a day to eat what I wanted for dinner. However. I DID stop at half of everything. DID not insist to myself to finish it all clean. So I do give myself props for that. The bad thing is I had two tall bud lights. yeah... shame shame.. but dang it was good. sigh.. no more beer for a while now.
