UPDATE!!

Back home from the doc, they changed his formula and said just let him poop. Thats easy for them to say. They are not up all night and day with a screaming pooping baby! Anyway, at least we are home and not in a hospital!

BOOT CAMP II:
My minni challenge to make somewhat of a meal plan for the next week is complete...

Breakfast: Eggs, baccon or turkey sausage, lean ham for an omlete, and cheese, coffee, half and half and splenda (watching the splenda)

Lunch: Atkins Shake (when i am to busy to eat), chicken salad (mayo, egg and chicken), ham/turkey and cheese lettuce roll ups, leftovers from dinner, chicken breast with lettuce and mayo

Dinner: Some type of grilled/baked meat, salad with ranch and some other veggie i have available( usually green beans, broccoli, cabbage)

Snacks: I rearely eat these but they are...SF Jello, Homemade SF Popcicles, cheese and pepperonis

Planned Sweet Treat: Nothing until Valentines Day when i go out with the hubby.

FOOD ATE TODAY:

Breakfast: Coffe with half and half and 4 splenda packs and 40oz water

Lunch: 6oz hamburger patty grilled and 2 oz cheddar cheese, caffiene free diet coke and 40oz water

Dinner: (will be) Grilled pork rib and 2 cups of salad with 1 tbs ranch

Not really sure what to do about some cardio today but i will figure it out. Its raining or i would go walking (gotta love Florida).

Is it possible your baby is lactose intolerant? My son was having problems and we eventually found out that he couldn't tolerate the lactose and switched to a lactose free formula. He was fine after that. We still have to keep him lactose free today. I hope it gets better for you. I know its hard.

Suzi-he has been on lactose free since Thursday..it didnt work. bu thats what i thought at first also
