Well, I'm okay. I'm at the same weight, but must be because I busted butt yesterday. Now, I have to get myself back into losing. Why oh why did I do that to myself??? I need to remember that it wasted at least 3 days of losing so far. Got to fight those cravings. Or find something suitable to help. Not much else to say. Just hope I can get back into losing! *fingers crossed*


Ok, I have decided to make smaller goals for myself. Thought maybe it would keep me focused. At least seem easier to obtain. So I've changed my goal weight; when I reach it, I will change it again.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Just remember dont get to frustrated its inthe past now and you know you messed up and you are NOT alone! For some reason we are doing the samethings maybe its so we can hel each other through! Good Luck this week!

Slice by slice is a really good idea. My ideal goal weight is another ten pounds below my target. My target is what I have achieved before and I felt really good so I'd be happy to get there again. I've put together a plan that if I lose ten pounds I get myself a specific treat and I work for it. If I can get a picture of the product then I hang it up too. Milestones are a triumph. You've worked so hard already and done really well. Have you done something just for you? I want a new coat so when I'm at my goal weight I'll get that but inbetween it might be makeup or a facial or manicure or a date with my fiancee - every ten pounds. Keep up the hard work ;)
