Dinner @ 6:00pm • Salad with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers and tubule o With balsamic vinaigrette dressing • 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner @ 7:00pm • Fire and Ice - lots of food • 1 beer • 3 glasses of wine • 1 twisted tea

Dinner @ 7:30pm • 2 eggs with miracle whip • Rotisserie chicken • G2 gatorade

Gym from 6:30-7:30pm • Just Cardio
Dinner at 8:00pm • Spoonful of hummus • 1 pickle • Handful of peanuts • Spoonful of potato salad • Grape juice • 2 figs • 1 candy bar

Dinner @ 8:00pm • Grilled chicken salad with o Romain lettuce o Green peppers o Cucumbers o Balsamic vinaigrette dressing o Split a bottle of pinot noir with Derek o 1 guiness o No gym
