No real exercise yesterday. Recovering from stomach thing. Up 1/2 pound but I think most of that weight loss was due to sickness so kind of cheating.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
