Knock...knock... yep, still here! I've recently discovered, my weight is allergic to food!

June, 2012 - 326
Sept., 2012 - 262
Sept., 2013 - 284
Feb., 2014 - 280.
Why, oh why did I open my mouth the end of Sept., 2012? I need to find where I stashed the stapler and staple these lips together so all I can get in is a straw!
Well, a start is getting back online here and re-starting my daily food log... raise my daily water intake and get my muscles moving in other locations besides the recliner to the kitchen and back - that road is too well traveled!
I wish myself the best wishes for a good dose of motivation...
