Yesterday was a bad day as far as getting any activity. My back was bothering me on and off all day and it was at its worst in the evening when I would have had the most time to workout. I focused all of my energy and trying to feel better with plenty of rest and relaxation with the help of my husband who massaged my back with icy hot. Thankfully all my efforts allowed me to get a good nights rest and I feel great today. I'm ready to catch up on the house and get plenty of activity in today to make up for yesterday. I'll do my best to remember to focus on stretching and staying limber so that hopefully I'm not laid out again any time soon.
