I had a pretty bad weekend. Lots of pizza and busy schedules. I ate horribly and found it really hard to come back to this site on Monday.
But I did though, and I recorded everything that I could remember. It wasn't that bad actually, and all the housework/fixing that I did burned a lot of calories too, so in the end I shouldn't have been scared. Yay!
My arms are killing me from the hundredpushups.com challenge. I hope I get some muscle growing though. That'll burn more calories and then I can eat more :-).

o.O... Good for you for coming back and fessing up, lol. I read through your foods... not horrid. I know you could have made better choices, but ultimately, you can always work out EXTRA EXTRA hard to make up for those excess calories. :) You are doing a great job, Rss... you really are! Don't beat yourself up too bad over a few "free" days.
