I got up super early...made breakfast.... got hungry within the next 3 hrs... ate the wrong thing (a little), but still extra fat & calories that I do not need. Ready to eat again, probably due to boredom...I think that I might take a walk or ride (brought a bike) and get a salad for lunch... something that will feel me up....
