healsdata's Journal, 22 January 2009

I want to thank everyone for the kind words they've sent me over the last week. I had a rough patch there; things to focus on aside from food, although I did get plenty of exercise helping folks clean and move boxes, totes, etc.

This week I'm back on track food wise, although I'm having trouble focusing right. I still feel a little scatterbrained but I've been working on that using the task manager built into Thunderbird. I think its probably just a matter of getting back in to the groove.

I keep meaning to start (and then finish) the 100 push up challenge. I think I'll do the pretest this weekend and then start Sunday. It doesn't take long, its just a matter of doing it!

Amazing weight loss for the week. Hang in there and take one day at a time. I did the 100 Push Up Challenge last year. It was the hardest of all the challenges I've done at fatscret. I really struggled at the end finishing. I did see results and I must repeat it. You are right you don't need alot of time. You can do it!

Did you do the 100 push up challenge? I've started before too, but haven't completed it.

The 100 pushup challenge sounds hard. I have a mental block against them. Had to do them to much in the military. Glad you are getting focused. Keep up the good work.
