I had a hard time at the gym. Nose is behond stuffed and im very flemy. I even drooled. Omg what a nightmare. I def had to slow it down 6.04 miles burning 634 calories. Not much on the wii only burned 40. I wanted to cook for 2moro and have laundry. But right now im just resting. I hope I feel better soon and this is not my body shuting down cause im over working myself
156.5 lb Lost so far: 3.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you're sick you should really stay away from the gym. Not cool to spread your germs in such a public place. Not sure what your exercise program is, but do be conscious of overworking yourself...a slight burn in your muscles is one thing, but there's no faster way to hate exercise than to be in pain every day. Make sure you're taking at least one rest day a week & allowing your body to recover since you're doing so much. Wouldn't hurt to invest in some protein powder so you can drink a shake immediately after your workout to prevent muscle loss. Remember to be kind to yourself!

Yes u are right, as far as my sickness, I def need a day of rest, I wipe down the machines with sanitizer but I suppose that’s not enough, the gym is a private gym in the condo complex, im usually their be myself. thats a good idea, i will look into the protein powder, thx for the advice
