Today was kind of a lazy day for me. I went to church, and came home, and didn't do much of anything else. I didn't do my weights, because it's arms day, and my right shoulder was hurting. I didn't do cardio today. I was just being lazy. I ate way more than I should have. mostly junk. I have to start doing better.
