Back on the Wii Fit finally. 30 minutes of not much sure does make me sweat. Kind of pathetic, and I know a few days from now I'll have to work harder for the same result, but I'm just glad to have got off my butt and done something. So what if I wait until almost 11 at night to workout...I worked out!

Really blew it today on eating...not that I ate too much or ate badly. I just did not make time to eat. Got to stop that. It's not okay. I think my body lives in starvation mode half the time and that's why I don't lose weight even when I don't eat a lot. I've got to remember to jump start the metabolism in the morning and keep it going throughout the day. I will give myself kudos however for passing on all the pastry and pie at the staff meeting.

It truly isn't so much about eating junk (although that is part of the problem) it is just going to be really about paying attention to every little bite.
