Are you writing your food intake down? Studies show we underestimate the amount we eat by as much as 30%. Are you eating enough calories? Are you eating too many calories? Are you getting in enough lean protein, dairy, fruits and veggies? Are you getting in any exercise? Are you drinking enough water to flush out sodium? Are you eating too many processed foods (they contain a lot of sodium)? Are you being consistent? When the weight stays around the same, it usually goes back to something we are doing. Take a week and eat 1300 calories a day and see what happens. If you lose, then you know you have to get more strict and change things up. Good luck!
