I finally made it down to 380 pounds. I have 230 pounds to go. I'm trying to decide if I want to get up early and exercise, because I have to go to town tomorrow afternoon, or if I want to exercise when I come home. Maybe I'll just let in town activities be my exercise. I don't know. I'll see how I feel in the morning. I might go ahead and get up early and do my regular exercise. I won't do it if I wait until after I return home. I can't afford not to exercise, because I retain water when I ride in a vehicle for a few hours.
