Well,I blew it the last two days. Ate out at a Chinese restaurant with my bf (he loves to eat there and I can't say no to him). As for today, I had it planned out what my lunch was gonna be at work. Then at work, I got the "shakes" and the light soup I took wasn't gonna cut it, so I splurged on fried foods. That took care of the "shakes" for a few hours. I'm off the next 5 days, so hopefully, I can get back on track at least for a few days.
