Day 2 and still on track... completed all the challenge commitment: journal, water, 30 min exercise, 25 crunches and actually did 10 push-ups this morning. Had a few slips in the diet but was still happy with my calorie intake. The fact that I had 2 small cookies after staring at the bag all day is a huge accomplishment, when just a few days ago I would have had more then 1/2 the bag.
