I've been cutting some celery up in small pieces for my snacks. Another snack I keep on hand is "fat free" mini-pretzels. I can have 19 and it's only 110 calories--and fat free (I feel like I'm having junk/crunch, too! LOL). Another that I need to get are the tiny rice cakes.

You are so right. When I pack snacks I am so much better off. I forgot my celery that day, gotta get better with that! Good idea with the pretzels.
