Took care of all my challenge commitments today. Started the morning with 25 crunches and I've added push-ups to that challenge. I did 5 this morning and will try to add 1 each day (or at least add 2-3 per week) so I'm doing 20 at a time by the end of the month.

I also added to my food journal, drank 8 cups of water, and exercised for 30 minutes (walk with hubby).

School is back in session tomorrow. That will make the eating better but will make exercising much harder.
