Feeling a bit of the post holiday blues, but it is a sunny day and a new year. this year I am committed to getting healthy by making exercise a regular part of my life and routine. And, I am going to drink a lot less alcohol (empty calories, not good for me).

I gave myself a pass in new year's day, but starting today, I will strive to make healthy choices every time I put something into my body (think before eating and drinking).
140.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
