This was my first day back from the holiday hell I was in. Had lunch at a diner today and tomorrow (future speak). This included a few french fries and a tuna melt. But dinner was great. Had japanese smelt from Mitsui Plaza. The kids used to love them, but not so much any more, so it seems. I thought they were a treat. I was surprised that they were so low in calories.

Made a big veggie juice of me and family. I'm trying to juice more. I have to clean out the fridge from left overs and make room for more veggies.
