Woke at 228.9, up 1.6 from yesterday after a 2500 calorie plus day that included a lot of late-night snacking. Fasted until 2 pm and ate some cottage cheese and coffee with heavy whipping cream. HelloFresh pork dinner tonight. UPDATE: Some flushing out today and weighed 228.7 at 4 pm.
