Multiple christmas dinner celebrations and a lot of sitting around the house watching tv and eating for entertainment. I have been spending some time on the excercise room but not enough to offset the all day grazing on the wrong stuff.
234.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
on diet Raw, whole foods, high fiber, plant-based foods   gaining 4.9 lb a week
