I am Staying positive on my Pre-op diet .. First day was hard but I am staying focused 4 sure .. I have to weigh in at Doctors on the 3rd ... I am staying away from the scale until then... if I just follow the diet and eat only what I'm supposed to the scale will charge ...I Cant wait to post my weight lose... yay Dinner steamed veggies ( greens only ) & a muscle drink ... for snack.. I'll have some spinach with beef broth before bed... woo hoo stayed under 1000 calories... today I am 314 lbs I will be weighing in at Doctors office on Jan 3rd I have to stay focused.. I need to lose weight before my gastric bypass surgery on Jan 6 th 2013.... todaY was awesome I stayed focused and positive I can do this...
