DID P90X TODAY!!! Sooo proud of myself! Salem did it with me. It was just the stretching one but I could feel it for sure!!! I need to watch what I eat and exercise everyday between now and my wedding. It is 73 days away! Trying to eat healthy... failed slightly as there were some yummy cookies at work today. Darn the holidays!!! Lol. But, overall, I think I'm doing OK for the day.

Great job with the exercise! Do you have the whole program? I've been thinking about trying those workouts but it's a bit expensive and I'm afraid I won't like it. What do you think so far? Is it hard? Do you think one can get ripped on this plan? Ok, that's too many questions lol. Keep us posted please!
