My visit to the doctor for my checkup/blood test went well. This was the first time EVER that my doctor didn't come out and tell me that I need to lose weight. On the contrary she told me that I was very healthy, she was happy with my diet, and happy with my exercise.

One week of the final 3 down, two to go. Will I hit 170? probably not. But thats ok. My journey won't stop even if I do final progress picture for this plan will be on December 31st, then I'll post my "before and current" photos somewhere. Starting January 1st My new years resolution will be to stuff my face with loads of healthy food (3000-3500 cals per day) and continue my consistent trips to the gym.
