Good morning, friends!

Wow. What a day yesterday.

My journal had so many responses, not just in the comments and in the community forum, but also in my inbox.

Thank you SO MUCH for all the compliments. I am deeply honored.

It did WONDERS for the waiting list I have of people wanting to attend my weight loss classes.

Yesterday went great in regards of my weight/fluid drop mission. I'm down a full kilo, and I'm down a couple of liters of fluid, according to my Über Smart Smartscale.

Bodyfat is back up to 10%, and that's still great.

...

Yesterday, I had an ALL MEAT day. I literally had nothing but meat, to keep my protein up, fat up and my carbs down. I literally had ZERO carbs. I don't think I have EVER tried that before.

This should kick start the fluid drop efficiently, and so far it looks like it's working.

This, along with excess water intake for a few days will get me situated where I want to be. It's just a matter of being strict and doing this right.

Today is of course Sunday. It's a non-workout day for me. I usually work out Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and have the weekend of.

I'm seriously considering going for a workout after my walk, though. I only have today, Monday and Tuesday left before going to the hospital, and I figured that if I go today, I can go again Tuesday. If I wait until my normal routine workout Monday, I can't do any more. Gotta respect the recovery day after workout days.

It would be great to put in just one more workout before I am being benched for maybe a full month.

Today, nothing much else is happening here.

I gotta REALLY watch out to make sure I get all my steps in. I gotta REALLY make sure to not fall in the the deep pits of snacks.

I don't think it will happen, though. I feel super focused on my mission. I can, and will, do this.

...

Today's two meals are prepared already. I will have an egg/ham omelette for lunch. Basically 4 eggs and and 150g of ham. Tons of protein, and very little of anything else.

Dinner is pulled pork. I will simply just have the meat. It's delish, and I won't miss sides. It's a good thing I'm a carnivore. :)

The end result (estimated) will be 1000 calories spent, 100g of protein, 60g of fat and 11g of carbs. Not bad in a day's food intake.

...

So, I'm off to go for my walk. Gotta pick up a package at the post office, and then I think I'll go work out. It'll be a nice morning.

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Focus.
- Morning coffee.
- Wife!
- Bonus workout!
- Two more days of work left. I can't wait to be out!

Thanks, Rockytu. It was nice, actually. When I left home it was all dull and grey outside, so I decided to go work out first. When I came out from the gym, all clouds were gone, and the sun was shining. Also, I got to talk to a couple of ladies at the gym. They had seen the newspaper article, and wanted to sign up for my classes. Not bad for a day's work(out). :)
