Today I'm re-starting my diet. I haven't been able to exercise for a while since the ice rink has been closed to the public (hooray for hockey tournaments...) and I only just got a membership to the gym at my school today. That, coupled with stress and very little spare time during the week seems to have lead to disaster... at least I take the stairs!

Hopefully this week I'll get back into good habits again. Next week will be tough because of traveling but I think I should be able to at least maintain my current weight during the holidays.

I'll start over completely on January first, which is conveniently the last day of the holiday! :)
