I have been doing great so far. Down a few pounds already, just from tracking every dang thing I eat. It got easier after the first couple of days, but my downfall has always been partying. I go out with friends in a town where live music and drinking are the things to do - and I can definitely hold my liquor, so before you know it I've had a thousand calories in beer alone (and no chance of throwing it all up, either). Last night was one of those times - my first major setback - and I feel like I just about destroyed any good I did the previous week. It's also a bitch to get through the next day, when all I want to do is eat and lay on the couch. I already missed a day of work because of it, but I had nothing to do anyway, and would be fairly useless in this condition. I'm trying to drink tons of water and get the cramps out of my legs so I can nap. Sigh. I just hope I can keep on the right track. I'll put off weighing myself again until later next week, just so I don't get so totally discouraged by the inevitable bloat and weight gain...
306.6 lb Lost so far: 4.4 lb.    Still to go: 131.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
