The rain is here so the knees are feeling better. Too bad my afternoon at work was so crappy. I am learning to stand up for myself but apparently I have a ways to go. Brainstormed with hubby tonight on how to approach it at the meeting on Thursday so I am feeling better about it. My calorie count has been a little lower in the last week and my pants are getting looser again. One of my co-workers this morning (whom I love to death) told me it was time to go shopping again. Well darn it, shopping?? =) Not a huge shopper but it is fun to get clothes in a smaller size. =)
