my husband has been very good with helping me, keeping meals ready. this has been my big challenge with southbeach, because i find that if i dont have my meals prepared ahead of time, i will have problems sticking to this diet.
154.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
