I'm ashamed. I ate too much this weekend. Starting over today.
167.6 lb Lost so far: 44.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 December 2010:
1127 kcal Fat: 54.73g | Prot: 68.79g | Carb: 93.36g.   Breakfast: chobani blueberry. Lunch: deli turkey, poppyseed dressing, pear, mixed salad greens, vegetable beef soup. Dinner: teriyaki sauce, snow peas, steak. Snacks/Other: Lindt 85% chocolate, cashews. more...

Nope, shame is not allowed. You had a spike day/weekend.

Overdoing it on the weekend is not a big deal - just don't let it turn into a habit. Get back with the program.
