The scale just dropped again to 232.6! I'll take it, just that much closer to the 220's.

Good work Jen. I dropped 1 pound. Every pound counts-that is the way I look at it. Did 450 minutes of exercise last week. Keep trying to do a little more each week-but it sure is cold up here today-25 degess out when I left for the Y. BRRRRRRRRRRRRR
