Ok, I fell down a bit yesterday and went to the pub for wings. I am sure that accounts for the weight gain (at least its not that much). Fat Burner/Metabolism Booster/Appetite Supression pills arrived yesterday. I am still really skeptical but started them today. I thought it was a month supply but actually is only for 2wks. We'll see what happens. I am trying to follow their diet plan as much as possible. Will go out this weekend and buy all the stuff. Right now just making do with what I have a home that is on their diet plan list. I am hoping a miracle happens and this gives me the push I need to get into the 150's.
163.2 lb Lost so far: 0.8 lb.    Still to go: 7.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
