One week to go before vacation. I am so excited to take a break from all of the tugging of my family. They really treat me like I am their only lifeline. I don’t have much but they don’t care. I am going to take a break from them, the scales but not from eating healthy and healthy practices. My weight has not budged much but it’s because my dedication level for exercising is pretty low (tied into lack of sleep). I hope to truly enjoy myself during this vacation as well reignite my journey to great health. If I don’t check-in before early December, I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday.Try not to turn your one day of indulgence into a week. Get in, get out and good luck!
