Was up a pound yesterday (water weight I"m sure) but then I was also sick yesterday afternoon so I didn't eat anything after lunch...Never have had such sharp pains in my stomach. Feeling much better this morning and apparently I cleaned my system out yesterday too. Because I'm down a couple of pounds. I'm going to try for some eggs this morning and see how that goes. I need to get a run in too. Otherwise not much going on this week. Cleaning, cats to the vet for shots (I think one might have diabetes), cooking, shopping, etc... Same old same old. This weekend should be fun...we are going to a Lowcountry Hoedown....tons of whiskey and BBQ..I'm going to have to run a half marathon to prepare myself for that. I was also invited to the Charleston Cup (a horse race), I have the big hat to wear, but the dress that goes with it is still too small...not sure if I have anything else that will fit and I am not going to buy anything new when I won't be able to wear it in a month. Decisions Decisions....I hope y'all have a wonderful week...and Wayne keep posting those yummmies :)

Actually sounds like you have a full week, and some neat stuff coming up. And Barbeque.....mmmmm......ok, done drooling. You seem very positive today- can tell a difference 100% now that you are able to eat and enjoy life again. So happy for you! :)

Hi... just read your entry about potentially having a cat with FD? I hope that's not the case. My kitty just got diagnosed in July, it's tough I say! Testing and dosing with insulin.

Glad you're feeling better! I was pretty sick with a stomach bug Saturday night, cleaned me right now lol. I had to resist weighing in because I knew the number wasn't real. Sounds like a lot to look forward too :-)

Sounds like you have a lot of fun coming up!! I would love to be able to go to the Charleston Cup with you!!! If you don't want to buy a new dress, just buy a new hat to go with something that you already fit. Hats are the same size not matter what you weigh!! I am praying that your cat doesn't have FD, and that it is something you can easily manage. It is kind of hard chasing a cat to test, and dose!! I don't have one that has it, but do know friends who do. Don't worry about those barbecues either!! Just give yourself permission to enjoy the day, and get back on your eating plan the next day!! One day of indulgence will not hurt. Keep up the great work and keep that attitude!!! You are doing great!!
