Boy could I go for a Red Bull right now...but I know better. Stayed up to watch my team the Boston Red Sox Clinch the world series in game 6 last night, 'Wicked' good game, but it messed me all up for work today only sleeping 6 hours, not much recovery sleep from last night's intense arms workout either!
