Not sure if scale was acting up dropping 11 pounds in 4 days not too sure

That is extremely fast. Make sure you are drinking half your body weight in oz of water everyday plus replace ounce for ounce every soda/coffee/alcohol you drink.
At 280lbs you should consume 140 oz of water minimum. If you have 2 cups of coffee (8oz each) in the morning and a glass of wine (4oz) at night, add on another 20 oz of water for a minimum of 160oz.
Atkins can be very hard on your organs, so keeping them flushed clean is especially important.
