After the huge weight loss yesterday, my weight was (as expected) up a little this morning. Dinner yesterday was sparse, and I did not meet my calorie requirement. I will try to eat more today.balso, today is second day of swimming. I will be picking up my one year swim pass in an hour! Life is good!
308.4 lb Lost so far: 33.3 lb.    Still to go: 121.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
