I really enjoy this challenge! I do cardio and weights at the gym on alternating days, and 40 minutes of the elliptical machine at my condo building between my visits to the gym. I've already noticed a change in my body.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
