Still 229 lbs and absolutely NO energy today. It is pretty and sunny, but I have no desire to leave my bed. I just want to lay around and watch horror movies (Thanks to AMC this can happen). Nothing bad has happened...I'm just not in it to win it. I want to hurry up and get this diet over with so I can exercise and eat normally. My weight loss may seem fast, but to me it is taking forever...the days drag by and I'm really not losing as much as I'd hoped, especially for what I"m giving up to do it. Those people that say this is "cheating" are wrong...this is way harder than exercising and eating healthy. Oh well I'm going to chill today and hopefully have more energy tomorrow :)

Look at it this way, you didn't gain any!! I have those days too, where I just want to stay in bed and do nothing. Anything worth having is ever easy. You have to fight to get to where you want to be. Doing it "easy" is just an illusion, in my opinion. You fight for what you want, and when that fight is over, you appreciate the end result all the more!! I don't consider what you are doing "cheating". I think it just makes it a little more complicated. Working hard doesn't necessarily mean hard work. Its only hard if you make it hard. Keep up your great attitude!! I'm here with you!!
