I ate like shit again over the 3 day weekend. I really need to stop doing that. I will never reach my goals if I lie to myself and think that I can eat whatever I want and it will be fine.
226.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
