My doctor visit was OK. But my cholesterol was a little high. He would have liked me to start medication. I had told him about my new lifestyle of eating and logging all food . He agreed to give me 3 months reprive, because the 6 weeks since starting would not have made a difference yet. I have 3 months to make this work. I do not want more medication..... So one more goal. In three months when my labwork is done . I will not need any more medications.
