well, not bad. I didn't exercise nor followed my diet...and my weight is same as last week. So now time to pull up the socks and start another week. Target is -2 kg at least
198.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
