I am so happy!! was so discouraged after flatlining for my first week last week...Now I was able to have a 4-5 lb weight loss for the week! Hope I can keep up and at least be on the losing side from now on even if only a pound....I feel me poor health and lack of energy is directly related to me wieght....I believe if I can lose 45-60 lbs I will be a new man!!
240.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 42.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
