RANTING - Well it looks like I will be on a really low carb diet (20 or less a day to start then 50 or less) until the end of the year. I've got no problems cutting out refined sugars, breads, and other starchy stuff....in reality most of it is bad for you. What I do have a problem with is giving up fruit...yes fruit. It has natural sugars and is therefore high in carbs. Yet I have NEVER heard of anyone getting fat from eating too much fruit...it just doesn't happen. Right now I'm allowed to have an apple a day and I love it...sometimes I even treat myself to some berries...I'm in heaven...I don't crave chocolate, could care less about bread, but I love my fruit. Just like hcG I do not plan on staying on the low carb thing forever, but apparently to maintain my hcG weight and reset myself I have to do it for at least 3 weeks. I also agree cutting out the carbs does speed up the weight loss, but seriously...NO FRUIT??

Ok rant is over...can't wait to go back to eating like a normal person i.e. in moderation with a healthy combination of proteins, fats, and carbs (I'm a 33, 33, 33 kind of girl...might go a bit lower on the fats and carbs and a bit higher on the protein, but not much :)

Oh yes Thanksgiving and Christmas are coming and I plan on eating normal foods on both of those days (in moderation of course)..I really don't think one day here and one day there is going to cause me to gain my weight back.
