Doing a well today. Minor fall off the wagon with a rice krispie treat - but I wore out extra hard so i know I burned those 90 calories. Hoping for a good weigh in tomorrow - need to drink another liter of water before the day is over.
183.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 33.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
