walked my first 5k this weekend! Did it in an hour. could have been faster but walked with a dear friend. Scale not moving as much but I feel stronger and legs are definitely more defined.
260.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 34.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
